John McClellan NMLS# 207768-
You’ve heard of people who are passionate about their work, but have you ever imagined that someone could be sincerely excited and enthusiastic about mortgages and real estate? If you are looking for a professional who figuratively eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate and real estate financing and is more than happy to tell you all about it, you’ve come to the right man—John McClellan.
John has nearly nineteen years’ experience in real estate and mortgages and has been consistently ranked by the Austin Business Journal as one of the top ten mortgage brokers in Central Texas. John is involved in both the broker side and the banking side of mortgages and handles hundreds of various types of transactions each year—experience that gives him both a unique insight about the inner workings of the mortgage industry and the expertise to advise and counsel his clients about the loans best tailored to meet their individual needs. He specializes in all types of residential financing—FHA loans, VA loans, conventional loans, USDA loans, and investment homes.
A branch manager of Supreme Lending (NMLS #2129), John has both in-house underwriting and closing departments. Supreme Lending, a full-service mortgage bank, has its corporate offices in Dallas and branch offices in Houston, San Antonio, and Austin and operates in 44 other states. They fund more than $2½ billion yearly in residential mortgage loans. Click here to review Supreme Lending Required Disclaimers
Supreme Lending’s goal is both to assist partners and clients as they thoroughly educate themselves about today’s ever-changing mortgage and real estate market and to guide them in making informed, wise decisions about mortgage transactions. To achieve this goal John, along with his team, hosts a weekly radio show about mortgages and real estate, provides instructional packages in podcast format, contributes informative articles in notable professional publications, and develops and teaches classes to assist and educate realtors:
