Looks like we are rebounding – however this may be a false reading due to the first time home buyer incentives being offered. If this is caused by the $8000 first time home buyer incentive then look for this trend to accelerate as buyers realize that new homes will not be ready in time for the incentive and that demand rolls over into existing home sales.
