Hello all. I'm looking for good property managers along the Texas coast. Please respond with your referrals. I would like to invest in a vaction property and have clients that would consider investing as well. The main stumbling block up to know is finding capable managers who can lease and manage the property for us.

I realize that good management can make or break an investment. We have that under control here in Austin with Goodwin Management, but need the beachfront equivalent.

Would lean towards Galveston & Rockport and happy to hear about other areas too.
