All,

Let's see if we can make this thread a place to discuss the methods that can be used to reduce property taxes on parcels of land.

As agents, many times we have been involved in transactions that dealt with real estate that has had tax exemptions in place. Our expertise has been focused on the transaction/transfer related rules around exempted properties.

Please share your insights related to this and for those who have actually put new Ag or Wildlife exemptions in place, I would love to hear about what you learned and tips regarding the best ways to utilize these guidelines for reducing property taxes.

Thanks,

Kevin
