FHA Loan Limits are:

Single Family           Duplex                Triplex                 Fourplex_____

$288,750.00         $369,650.00       $446,800.00        $555,300.00

This loans are for homeowners wanting to upgrade their existing homes or for those interested in buying a house that needs a minimum of $5,000.00 in repairs.

Loans require 3.5% down and can be fixed or variable. Loans cannot be used for second homes or for investment properties.

Can be used in combination with Energy Efficient Mortgage, City of Austin Energy Rebates, Solar Power, etc.

Loans are great to buy foreclosures/REO's, purchase land and move a house unto the land, etc. Requires all work to be performed by a TRCC Approved Contractor.
