 You heard it here first…

The long awaited news of WHERE the Red Line station will be for the North Burnet Gateway is out.

It will be between Kramer and Braker along the rail line.

The city of Austin owns several parcels in this area as well as South of Rutland (near where the maintenance facility for the rail cars is being located). The chosen location (NJorth site or South site) has been kept quiet as to not disrupt the required real estate negotiations for the city. This morning I learned that the North site will be the location.

Have fun with the news, it isn't mainstream yet, so if you can use it quickly you might make a dollar or two…

As you know we have been targeting this area with investors for a while now. There are two sub-areas in MLS area 2N - North of Braker and South of Braker. The North of Braker sub area, should begin to outperform South of Braker…
